YOYO YARD
YOYO Sauna is a traditional Finnish sauna with an eco-conscious twist, set in a hidden garden oasis in Brighton's North Laine. Built in the UK using Finnish sauna building techniques, it uses a modern emission-free electric stove powered by renewable energy, meaning maximum löyly, minimal carbon footprint. The sauna garden has a cold plunge pool and a warm heated pool, both filtered with gentle salt for skin-friendly contrast therapy. Aufguss rituals, infused ice balls, and salt scrubs available for a more guided session. Dedicated weekly sessions include Babes in Arms (Monday to Friday 10–11am, £10pp) and Trans+ sessions (Mondays 4pm). Sauna holiday accommodation available on site for overnight stays. Part of Yoyo Yard — a creative hub with studios and workshops - making it one of Brighton's most characterful and unconventional sauna settings.
