Meon Springs
Set near the yurt village at Meon Springs, this outdoor sauna and plunge experience offers a peaceful escape in Hampshire’s South Downs countryside. Move between the warmth of a traditional wood-fired sauna, refreshing cold plunge pools and an outdoor relaxation area, taking time to unwind at your own pace. Exclusive one-hour sessions welcome friends, clubs and staying guests, with space for up to eight people. Group bookings cost £120 for up to six guests, with additional guests charged at £15 each, bringing the total to £150 for eight. Lake swimming may also form part of the experience, depending on the time of year. Sessions are listed for Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings. One-hour open sessions are also advertised; check availability when booking. Arrive at Meon Springs Yurt Village, where parking is available and a member of staff will guide you to the sauna. Bring towels and a change of clothing.
