The Solent Sauna

The Solent Sauna was born from a single afternoon in Dorset. Georgina, who moved to Hampshire from London during the pandemic, discovered outdoor sauna on a trip to Bridport and couldn't let go of the feeling. Back home on the Solent - sea swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding already part of her life - she asked why there was no sauna in this part of the coast. Then she built one. The result is a genuinely community-minded setup on the Hampshire shoreline: a dedicated space for heat, cold, and the kind of conversation that only happens when phones are away and the sauna is doing its work. Public sessions from £9 for 30 minutes, up to £18 for a 60-minute daytime session. Guided Restore sessions for up to four people at £38 for 90 minutes. Private hire for up to six at £90 for 60 minutes. One of those saunas that feels personal because it is — run by someone who genuinely believes in what it does for people.
