The Little Red Sauna
Follow a festoon-lit woodland path to The Little Red Sauna, nestled among the trees at Damson Hill Cottage in Swanmore, Hampshire. Set away from the main cottage, this peaceful retreat offers space to slow down, enjoy nature and spend time with friends. Pair the heat of the sauna with a cold-water drench bucket or a dip in one of two plunge options: a whiskey barrel and a Myo Master tub. A roomy deck provides space to relax between rounds, alongside a hot and cold outdoor shower and ample changing space. Sauna hats and cold drinks are also available. One-hour shared sessions cost £15 per person and require at least two people booked in to run. Solo visitors can join a session with other guests. For exclusive use, book all five spaces at £75 per hour; private bookings require a minimum of two people. Bring two towels, water and a warm layer for cooling off, and read the venue’s sauna health guidance before your visit.
