Fire Salt and Sea is a Finnish-style wood-fired sauna on the pebbles of Worthing beach in West Sussex — a custom-built vintage horsebox conversion constructed from Norwegian spruce and English Alder, fitted with a 200kg wood-fired Estonian stove and Finnish olivine rocks. Full-width windows give unbroken views straight out to sea, with the sea itself just steps away for cold contrast between rounds. Whatever the weather, you're completely surrounded by the elements - fire, salt, and sea. Social sessions and private hire available. One of the South East coast's most carefully built and characterful saunas.
