Brushwood Sauna

Set in tranquil woodland on the Hampshire–Surrey border, Brushwood Natural Pool and Sauna offers a welcoming space to slow down, connect with others and enjoy the surrounding nature. Located on Frensham Lane in Headley, the retreat pairs a wood-fired sauna with a natural pool. The signature 65-minute session brings together a small group for a relaxed, sociable experience that welcomes first-time sauna visitors. Enjoy the sauna and pool, then settle into the shepherd’s hut with a hot drink of your choice, included in your session. Sessions are open to guests aged 16 and over, with sauna hats and a small sauna towel provided. Bring swimwear, a towel and suitable footwear, plus a dressing gown or dry robe for warmth between the changing rooms, sauna and pool. Arrive during the 10 minutes before your session for check-in. First-time visitors complete a short waiver on arrival.
