Beach Box Sauna Spa
Three wood-fired saunas right on the pebbles of Brighton Beach — the UK's original beachside sauna and still one of its finest. Guests move between rounds of heat in the saunas and cold contrast in icy plunge pools, with the sea air and the sound of the beach all around. Spa treatments available including face masks, salt scrubs, and Aufguss ice balls. Book a session with one of their trained sauna masters for a guided Aufguss ritual — steam, leaf whisking, and carefully chosen scents. Among the most fully developed Aufguss programmes in the UK outside a dedicated festival. Communal sessions from £16.50pp. Private hire available for the whole space. One of the most reviewed and consistently well-rated saunas in the South East. The Brighton Sauna Festival — one of the UK's biggest sauna events — is based here every May.
