The Retreat

Set within The Retreat New Forest, this four-person wood-fired sauna offers a peaceful space to slow down and enjoy some time for yourself or with friends. Exclusive-use sessions last one hour, cost £50 and are available every day between 11:00 and 16:00. Make your visit a wider wellbeing experience with a treatment from the resident massage therapist or a Mud Bath Ceremony. The Retreat also hosts independent practitioners offering classes, therapies, events and retreats, with no membership or previous experience required. For a longer escape, combine your sauna session with yoga or Qi Gong, a meal at Colin Nash, and an overnight stay in one of the dog-friendly bedrooms or holiday cottages. The surrounding New Forest and nearby coast offer plenty to explore at your own pace.
