Andark Lake Sauna

Add some warmth to your lake visit with a sauna session at Andark Lake. Whether you’re preparing for a swim or taking time to unwind afterwards, the sauna provides a relaxing space for groups of up to six people. Private sessions are available in 30-minute slots on Fridays from 09:15 to 16:00 and Saturdays and Sundays from 09:00 to 16:00. Multiple slots can be booked for a longer visit, and block-booking cards are also available. Users must register with Swanwick Seals and read the venue’s rules, safety information and terms before entering. Solo use is not permitted. The venue advises anyone who is very cold after swimming to begin warming up in the heated changing rooms before using the sauna.
