Sessions run from a focused 50-minute Essential (£14.99) to a 70-minute sauna plus four-hour listening lounge Ambient session (£24.99), with Wellbeing sessions adding Aufguss, breathwork, and sound healing (£29.99). DJs on Fridays and Saturdays, queer nights and community events on the calendar. Monthly memberships for regulars: 4 credits for £39.99, 8 for £69.99. Open Wednesday to Sunday.
