Substation Brixton Sauna & Cold Plunge

A dedicated sauna and cold plunge experience combining Scandinavian heat with two temperature-controlled oak barrel plunges. Each 45-minute session gives you access to an 85°C Scandinavian sauna alongside cold water barrels set at 4°C and 10°C, allowing you to alternate between heat and cold at your own pace. The experience is designed for up to eight people per session, with showers, lockers and changing facilities available on site. Choose the colder 4°C plunge for a more intense contrast or the 10°C barrel for a gentler introduction to cold water immersion, returning to the sauna between plunges to warm up and repeat the cycle. Sessions run throughout the week, with off-peak availability from 7am–5pm on weekdays and peak sessions from 5pm–10pm on weekdays and 8am–8pm at weekends. Single sessions and money-saving five-session passes are available, while Substation members receive 25% off bookings.
