Community Sauna Baths Stratford is tucked inside a community garden on Penny Brookes Street in Stratford, E20 - a quiet green pocket set against the glow of East London's skyline. Three saunas and three cold plunges ranging from 3–15°C, plenty of changing rooms, and a fully wheelchair accessible sauna and accessible changing room with toilet and hot shower. Feels surprisingly tucked away for somewhere so close to the city, and particularly atmospheric after dark. Off-peak sessions from £9.50, peak from £11.
