Wildwater Sauna

Wildwater Sauna is Pembrokeshire's first mobile wood-fired sauna, touring the UK's only completely coastal National Park. Handpicked locations across the county - Newgale, Nolton, Little Haven, Dale, Goodwick, Pwllgwaelod, and Hilton Court Gardens - often tide-dependent, always worth the trip. Community sessions for up to six, private hire available. Atlantic sea dips between rounds. Regular sessions include Sunday Sanctuary (yoga, sauna, and cold-water plunge) and Morning Meditation and Sauna Experience (guided meditation, sauna, and cold-water plunge) - depending on location and available facilities. Founded by two lifelong Pembrokeshire locals. Check the website for current location and directions before booking.
