Wilder Sauna at Dartmeet sits beside the River Dart in the heart of Dartmoor - a wood-fired sauna with a large picture window looking straight out over the water, mossy boulders, and ancient oak trees. Step down into the river between rounds for a cold plunge. Watch herons and kingfishers go about their business while you heat up. Communal sessions from £15pp, with walking routes to Widecombe in the Moor, Wistman's Wood, and Chagford on the doorstep. Open Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 8am–8pm. Wilder's second location at Mill End, Chagford.
