WildEmber Bothy Sauna

Almost at water level on the banks of Loch Tay at Kenmore, near Aberfeldy. Wood-fired, seats 8–10, cold loch dips and views of the ancient hillside. Founded by David Girling, a psychotherapist, ecotherapist, and paddlesport coach. Community sessions, private hire, and a programme of trauma-aware retreats blending sauna with yoga, breathwork, sound, and wild swimming. Café on site.
