Venachar Lochside Sauna sits right on the shore of Loch Venachar in the Trossachs - a large picture window looking straight across the loch to the surrounding mountains. Up to eight for group sessions, up to ten for private hire. Two cold immersion options: Loch Venachar itself and a red cedar cold plunge maintained at 3°C. Open daily except wedding days. Spa access and treatments also available on site.
