Slomo x HHO

Slomo sits on the north-facing side of Hengistbury Head, tucked between reed beds at the Outdoor Education Centre with Christchurch Harbour in front of you. The wood-fired sauna and cold plunge are the draw, though the newly revamped site has plenty else going on if you're making a day of it. Communal sessions run £15pp, private hire is £150 for up to ten, and hosted sessions with a sauna master start from £25. Open Thursday to Sunday, 9am to 6pm, at the Hengistbury Head Outdoor Education Centre.
