Shoreline Sauna sits on the corner of the sandy beach in Lyme Regis, with breathtaking views along the Jurassic Coast towards Golden Cap and direct sea access year-round. Handcrafted and wood-fired, it offers Nordic sauna bathing with heat, steam (Löyly), and cold immersion. A rich programme of sessions to choose fro - communal sessions for up to six, private hire for one or two hours for groups of up to eight, men's and women's community sessions, silent sessions, and guided rituals including Full Moon, New Moon, and Lithuanian Pirtis techniques with birch and oak whisks, botanical steam, and hand-made salt scrubs. One of the most thoughtfully programmed saunas on the South West coast.
