Revivo Sauna

A wood-fired sauna and cold plunge on the grounds of Cambridge Rugby Club - pop-up sessions running two weekends a month from May through September, set on the field next to OUTTRAIN gym. Open to members and public alike. The contrast is the thing: heat, cold, fresh air, repeat. Each session is built around traditional sauna culture and the simple rhythm of warming up and cooling down outdoors. No spa soundtrack, no robes, just a well-run setup in a proper outdoor setting. Sessions are communal by design. People arrive alone, arrive with friends, and tend to leave having talked to both. The atmosphere changes session to session but the intention stays the same: slow down, get outside, feel better. Beyond the scheduled pop-ups, Revivo is available for private hire, wellness retreats, and bespoke gatherings - fully hosted or self-managed, depending on what you need. Corporate recovery days, birthday bookings, and community events all welcome. One of the few saunas in Cambridgeshire running a regular seasonal programme. Worth getting in the diary before the summer fills up.
