Oak Sauna

The Oak Sauna sits in the woodland of Upton Country Park, a Poole green space that's been part of Dorset life for generations. This is a park sauna rather than a beach one: woodland paths, open meadows, and a tearoom for tea and cake a short walk away. The wood-fired heat sets steady warmth against cold, fresh air outside, and it's open through the year, busiest with the parkrun crowd, dog walkers, and anyone stringing a session onto a countryside walk. Come alone or with friends; it's a warm place to land after time outdoors, right in the heart of Dorset.
