Nordic Soul

Nordic Soul is a Scandinavian-inspired mobile sauna and cold plunge, handcrafted by Scandinavian Sauna from Scandinavian spruce for proper heat in any season. The cold side is unusually well thought out: two Urban Ice Tribe baths with fine-filtered water and their own chillers, one held at 10°C and the other at 4°C, so you pick your level. Founder Chelsea came to the sauna through her own recovery and trained as a sauna master, guiding sessions to help you get the most from the contrast. Leave your phone outside; that's rather the point.
