Langley Wilding Sauna

Set at Langley Wilding Campsite on the family-run Meynell Langley estate in Derbyshire, this welcoming sauna offers a simple way to switch off and spend time in nature. Soak in the warmth, relax in the fresh air between rounds and try a cold plunge if you wish. The campsite was founded by sisters Cesca and Kitty, whose passion for wildlife and sustainable living shapes its approach. The surrounding estate focuses on biodiversity and nature conservation, with habitats including woodland, wildflower meadows, ponds and streams. Community sauna sessions run every Thursday from 18:30 to 19:30, costing £12 per person. Come alone or with friends for a relaxed, sociable hour. Private hire is also available for up to six people at £60 per hour. Bring swimwear, two towels, warm layers and a torch for evening visits. All guests must read the venue’s sauna rules, health declaration and acceptance of risk before attending and sign a copy on arrival.
