Hot & Bothy Community Sauna

Two wood-fired saunas behind Archerfield Walled Garden, East Lothian - the UK's only public yurt sauna alongside a traditional bothy, both reaching up to 90°C, with views across the grounds. Ice plunge barrels from Islay whisky casks. Almost everything made from repurposed materials. Standard 90-minute sessions and 45-minute options available. Open Thursday 10am–9pm, Friday to Sunday 10am–8pm. Fire pit, herbal teas, yoga, poetry, meditation, and support group sessions throughout the year.
