Fire and Stars Woodland Sauna

A wood-fired barrel sauna set in 47 acres of National Forest woodland at Newton Burgoland in Leicestershire — managed in partnership with the National Forest and Forestry Commission. Two cold plunge pools and outdoor showers for contrast therapy, surrounded by maturing woodland and forest trails. Open to day visitors and overnight campers on site. 60-minute sessions bookable throughout the day, from £15pp. Communal and private hire options available. Special events run throughout the year including guided forest walks, stargazing sessions, and seasonal woodland events. One of the Midlands' most distinctive and nature-rooted saunas — genuinely rare to find this combination of managed woodland, community access, and proper sauna infrastructure outside of Scotland.
