Escape Sauna sits on the dunes at Drift, an award-winning coffeehouse in North Berwick, overlooking the Firth of Forth with direct views of Bass Rock. Two saunas to choose from — Escape to the Bay, a wood-fired sauna for up to five with views across Quarrel Sands, and Escape to the Bass, an electric sauna for up to four. Both offer 55-minute sessions including changing time, with cold plunge for contrast therapy. Open sessions from £16.50pp, private hire available by booking all seats. Coffee, cake, and food at Drift before or after. One of Scotland's most characterful coastal sauna settings.
