Eir Sauna is a wood-fired Nordic barrel sauna set on the edge of Loch Long in Arrochar, with views across the water to the dramatic peaks of the Arrochar Alps. Cold contrast via a dip in the loch, a plunge bath, or a cold drench bucket. Community sessions from £12pp - five sessions for the price of four available. Private hire also bookable. Located at Rossmay House on the A814, with toilets on site. No showers - the cold drench bucket serves as a natural rinse. Simple, lochside, and genuinely wild.
