Black Swan Sauna

A wood-fired sauna beside a private lake at Glove Factory Studios in Holt, Wiltshire — nine miles from Bath in the Wiltshire countryside. Hand-built by SaunaCraft using locally sourced materials, with two cold plunge pools, outdoor shower, and lake swimming for cold contrast. Up to seven guests, with the option to swim directly in the lake between rounds. The Wild Herb café next door serves post-sauna brunch using seasonal and foraged ingredients — easy to make a full morning of it. Sound baths, yoga, and breathwork events run regularly on the calendar. Fully wheelchair accessible. One of the most considered and beautifully built saunas in the South West — the combination of lake, woodland, and thoughtfully crafted infrastructure is hard to beat anywhere in England.
